Only a few weeks before his comeback concerts were to start in London, Michael Jackson was found not breathing at his house when paramedics arrived at 12:30PM Pacific Time. CPR had been performed, but Michael Jackson was rushed to UCLA Medical Center where he was declared dead.

Details surrounding the death are still unclear, though the Times newspaper reported that "Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma."

Michael Jackson will be missed by millions around the world, and is survived by his three children, Prince Michael I, Paris Michael, and Prince Michael II.
