Los Angeles, CA - The Sony Playstation 3 and the Nintendo Wii both offer some sort of motion control technology with their consoles, however, Microsoft's Xbox 360 hasn't offered that feature, until now, thanks to a third party add-on...
Talismoon, along with the device inventor, Adam Thole, have developed a single board add-on for the Microsoft Xbox 360 controller. This device, called the tiltBoard, should be available sometime in June with a price of approximately $35.
Unlike other tilt controllers, as a third party device, it comes packed with features, dubbed "tiltTune technology." What these allow for are: 1. Adjusting the tilt sensitivity: useful for getting accustomed to tilt control. 2. Adjusting the 0 degree point: to allow holding the controller at the most comfortable angle 3. Inverting the Y axis: to add realism to flying games 4. Turning the tilt function on and off
Installation requires only seven wires, and should provide users of the Xbox 360 a feature which the other two next gen consoles have had since launch.
